AlaskaUSA was ready to make a push into the Puget Sound market and they needed to find a partner for constructing their new branches.  DP Incorporated helped them manage their roll-out during the real estate aquisition stage by providing budget pricing for the builds while AlaskaUSA was in lease negotiations.  We worked closely with the Project Management team out of Anchorage to ensure each branch met their standards for aesthetics and function.
