The Hotel Murano was undergoing a massive renovation, converting from a Sheraton to a unique boutique art hotel.  The hotel’s owner needed a contractor with restaurant expertise and the ability to stretch every dollar to maximize the architect’s design intent.  The scope of work included complete demolition of all restaurant finishes, new bar area with glowing bar top, new dining room finishes, and new casework and lighting throughout.  All the work was completed while keeping the kitchen fully operational in order to maintain room service and provide on-site catering for events.
