This was our first project with Opus Bank. Since performing this job, Opus has involved us in each of their subsequent projects. The space is located in the heart of downtown Seattle, in a very prominent location and being the flagship store for Opus, the footprint was larger than the average branch. The scope involved complete demolition of the existing finishes, upgraded MEP systems, extensive floor leveling and preparation in order to receive new tile flooring, curved glass wall at the conference room, as well as new teller line, ATM vestibule, kitchen area and restrooms.
