Teddy’s Bigger Burgers has enjoyed great success as busy franchise in Hawaii and was ready to expand onto the mainland.  They chose the Seattle area as their first market and turned to DP Inorporated for help securing a space.  We provided multiple budgets for candidate spaces which assisted them with their decision.  Once the space was chosen, we worked closely with the architect to develop a plan to keep the build out in the budget we had established.
